Casa sterilizzata e sanificata con ozono ad ogni soggiorno.

Casa caratteristica assisana completamente arredata e disposta su tre piani. Al piano superiore si trovano due camere adiacenti, una con letto matrimoniale con tv 54 pollici e l’altra con letto a castello e annesso un bagno di servizio. Al piano terra la cucina finemente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort (frigorifero, forno, microonde, tostapane, frullatore caffettiere lavastoviglie) più beni di prima necessità come sale, olio, zucchero, caffè,sneck, tisane, un salottino con divano, tv smart, nintendo wii e camino. Al piano inferiore il bagno con tutti i servizi (lavandino, wc, doccia, phone, sapone mani e docciaschiuma balsamo più prodotti di cortesia completi), una camera con due letti singoli che all’occorrenza possono essere preparati come un letto matrimoniale televisore 54 pollici e la lavanderia con lavatrice e ferro da stiro.

THE HOUSE

House sterilized and sanitized with ozone at every stay.

Characteristic house assisana fully furnished and arranged on three floors. Upstairs there are two adjacent bedrooms, one with a double bed with 54-inch TV and the other with a bunk bed and an adjoining bathroom.

On the ground floor the kitchen finely furnished and equipped with all comforts (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker dishwasher) plus basic necessities such as salt, oil, sugar, coffee, sneck, herbal teas, a living room with sofa, smart TV, nintendo wii and fireplace. Downstairs the bathroom with all services (sink, toilet, shower, phone, hand soap and shower gel conditioner plus complete courtesy products), a room with two beds singles that can be prepared if necessary such as a double bed 54-inch television and the laundry room with washing machine and iron.

Available to all our guests bed linen and towels (face towels, shower and bidet)

Saremo lieti di attendervi al vostro arrivo per consegnarvi le chiavi e rispondere alle vostre esigenze nel miglior modo possibile. Il check-in è dalle ore 15 fino alle ore 20. Dopo tale orario è necessario accordarsi con i proprietari per effettuare un self check-in. E’ comunque possibile richiedere orari diversi che verranno valutati a seconda delle disponibilità della struttura.Il check-out è da effettuarsi preferibilmente entro le ore 10.

After this time it is necessary to agree with the owners to carry out a self check-in.
